To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Haritasa Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate these Terms or your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

Enterprise Standard Clauses

For enterprise customers, these terms are supplemented by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed between Haritasa Tech and your organization.
